I am KP Singh, an Entrepreneur, SME Growth Coach, and Business Transformation Strategist. With a techno-commercial background and experience at HCL, I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2010.
Over the years, I have worked with business owners to address common growth challenges—founder dependency, inconsistent sales, weak processes, and lack of team accountability.
