Thought becomes Action. If we are set on role of CEO mentally, Half of the battle is in the favor. It's important to keep momentum high at that level. It needs energy, mentorship & support.

Every startup & MSME want to be become part of Silicon valley & It should be however It's not possible without effective leadership, team & best practices. When we think of Leadership, It starts from thoughts. ultimately thoughts become action..

An effective CEO must understand difference between Income Producing Activities ( IPAs)& Low Yielding Activities (LYAs).  Getting stuck with day2day operational activities is most common for CEOs who are not able to spend time on IPAs. 

5) Badly Engaged in Deliveries - 
They don't have time to look in to other development things because they are highly engaged in day2day activities to deliver to clients. they can't grow beyond certain points despite putting their hard efforts.
